1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bj660 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

1.2 These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. bj660 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. The bj660 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. It is a violation of these Terms to register, attempt to register, or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age. bj660 operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of underage gambling.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for players based in Bangladesh. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bj660 makes no representation that access is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered bj660 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. bj660 employs automated systems cross-referencing mobile payment credentials (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and identity documents to detect duplicate registrations. All accounts found to be duplicates are subject to suspension without prior notice, and any associated balances are subject to review.

2.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update their account details if any information changes. bj660 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.5 Account Ownership. A registered bj660 account is personal to the individual who created it. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any transfer of account ownership will render the account subject to immediate suspension.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 bj660 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making a first withdrawal, and bj660 may require verification at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3.2 KYC verification requires Players to submit valid proof of identity (a national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding 90 days). Additional documentation may be requested at bj660's discretion.

3.3 Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until verification is successfully concluded. bj660 shall not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to outstanding KYC requirements.

3.4 bj660 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold funds pending completion of KYC verification where bj660 has reasonable grounds to believe that account activity is inconsistent with the Player's stated identity or source of funds.

4. Account Security

4.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bj660 login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bj660 strongly recommends that Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their registered Bangladesh mobile number.

4.2 Players must notify bj660 support immediately at [email protected] if they suspect that their account has been accessed without authorisation or that their login credentials have been compromised.

4.3 bj660 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, provided that such loss does not result from bj660's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

4.4 bj660 will never contact Players via unsolicited messages to request their password, PIN, or full payment credentials. Players who receive such communications should treat them as fraudulent and report them to bj660 support immediately.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Methods. bj660 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed within the account deposit interface.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's BDT wallet instantly upon confirmation from the respective mobile financial service provider. Card deposits may be subject to processing times of up to 24 hours depending on the issuing bank.

5.3 No Deposit Fees. bj660 does not charge any fees on deposits made via the above methods. However, Players should be aware that their mobile financial service provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bj660's control.

5.4 Currency. All bj660 wallet balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in BDT.

5.5 Third-Party Deposits. Players may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be returned to the originating account where possible, and the Player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount from a bj660 account is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Players are typically processed within 10 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers and within 24 hours for Rocket, Upay, and card withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal to Original Method. bj660 applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be agreed with bj660 support.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold and KYC compliance.

6.5 Right to Withhold. bj660 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if bj660 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other prohibited conduct in connection with the relevant account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 bj660 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each bonus — including minimum deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet during wagering, and expiry date — are published alongside the relevant promotion and form part of these Terms by incorporation.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount before any associated funds or winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Some game types may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements; the applicable contribution rates are specified in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. bj660 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend accounts where bj660 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player or group of Players has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; using irregular or systematic betting patterns during bonus wagering; and placing bets that hedge bonus wagering requirements across multiple outcomes.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Players may participate in only one promotion at a time. Attempting to activate multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in the cancellation of all but one of the active bonuses at bj660's discretion.

7.5 bj660 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering already in progress by Players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on bj660 are subject to acceptance by bj660. A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued to the Player. bj660 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at any time without providing a reason.

8.2 Errors. In the event of a manifest error in the odds, lines, or market descriptions published on bj660, bj660 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players' wallets. A manifest error includes, without limitation, obvious typographical errors, incorrectly formatted odds, and system-generated prices that are demonstrably inconsistent with the prevailing market.

8.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are suspended and settled in accordance with real-time event data. bj660 does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for delayed market suspension arising from data feed latency.

8.4 Voided Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement; insufficient player participation to constitute a valid contest; and any other event-level condition specified in the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

8.5 Maximum Payout. Aggregate single-event winnings paid to any Player in a calendar month are subject to a maximum payout limit of ৳20,00,000 (BDT 2,000,000) unless otherwise agreed in writing with bj660. Stakes in excess of applicable limits may be refused at the time of bet placement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj660 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the Platform, or circumvent security measures;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to fix the outcome of any event, market, or casino game;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or fraud detection systems;
• Sharing login credentials with any third party, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise;
• Placing bets in a manner designed to exploit promotional offers in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

9.2 Where bj660 determines that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, bj660 reserves the right, without prejudice to any other remedy available, to: void all bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold any winnings or wallet balance pending investigation; suspend or permanently close the Player's account; and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the bj660 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and game assets — is the property of bj660 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence is granted, express or implied.

10.3 Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of bj660.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 bj660 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, Players consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 bj660 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all account sessions and financial transactions. Player financial credentials and personal data are not shared with any third party except as required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or as mandated by applicable law.

11.3 Players have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of their personal data held by bj660, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

12. Responsible Gaming

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bj660 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

13.2 bj660's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3 bj660 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or secure from unauthorised access. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. bj660 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such unavailability.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 bj660 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players by means of a notice published on the Platform homepage or by email to the address registered on the Player's account.

14.2 Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is expressly stated. A Player's continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bj660 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

15.2 Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are required to contact bj660 support at [email protected] and allow a period of 30 days for bj660 to investigate and respond to the complaint. bj660 is committed to resolving all legitimate Player complaints in a timely and fair manner.

15.3 bj660 operates a fair play certification process for all casino games and random number generators deployed on the Platform. Players who dispute the outcome of a specific game round may request a game log review by contacting support with the relevant bet reference number and timestamp.
